The sections are listed in order of difficulty, and topics within sections are listed in increasing order of difficulty. Thus Topic A is a prerequisite to Topic B; A and B are prerequisite to C, and so on. For groups with solid, current understanding of the basics, you may choose to skip topics or sections.

Topic numbers in round brackets after a title indicate a prerequisite relationship. On average, topics require twenty minutes' coverage; when longer time is required, the suggested time is shown in square brackets.
