This workshop will prepare participants to write letters and memos in a clear, correct style. Rather than appeal to the terms and rules of grammar, good functional style is presented as a tool of clear communication with the reader. Mastery of the basic skills builds the confidence to prepare brief documents.

Ideal for those newly-risen to positions requiring writing skill.
